Cancellation Policy for InTouch Trades Manager

Thank you for choosing InTouch Trades Manager as your CRM, (Customer Relationship Management)web-based software solution. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and support for your business needs. Please read and understand our cancellation policy outlined below before proceeding with the cancellation of your subscription.

  1. Subscription Term: InTouch Trades Manager operates on a subscription-based model with different subscription plans (monthly, or annual). Your subscription term starts from the date of your initial purchase and continues until the end of the subscription period you selected.
  2. Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request through one of the following methods:
  1. Cancellation Notice: To avoid being billed for the next subscription period, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your subscription renewal date. Your cancellation request should be received by us within this timeframe.
  2. Refund Policy: Refunds will be granted according to the following terms:
  1. Data Retention: Upon cancellation of your subscription, your data will be retained for one year, during which you will have the opportunity to export and back up your data. After this period, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
  2. Termination for Non-Payment: Failure to make payment for your subscription will result in automatic cancellation of your account after 15 days of non-payment.
  3. Changes to the Policy: InTouch Trades Manager reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. You will be notified of any changes through your registered email address. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
